Soul Manure vs Soulmanure

Everywhere else, including the front cover and Beck's own site has it as one word. I'd take the authority of that site over AMG, which doesn't even list the producers for Soulmanure. Oh, and if you are going to delete A Western Harvest Field by Moonlight, you could at least leave the empty link there so someone else would know that it exists and needs to be done. Locked?

What is meant by "locked" in the context:

   "Bonus Noise" (unlisted) – 16:40
       * This is included on most discs, but not all. This track is also "locked".

This should be explained on this page or linked to a page that explains what it means.

Could it possibly refer to this?
