Steve Elliott also played on loan for Eastern Suburbs in the [New_Zealand_National_Soccer_League|New Zealand National League]] around 1978 (although this link states 17 goals in 12 appearances). He and Bryn Gunn were both loaned to Eastern Suburbs for the season and I remember Steve scoring a ton of goals for the club that year, but can't find any records of it.
