Table

Which table is better?

The old NCAA Athlete table or new NFL Player table? John 23:52, 31 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Article length

edit

It seems to be this article is way too long, filled with unnecessary quotes and too many details of too many college games. What do others think?►Chris NelsonHolla! 19:43, 21 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I added to the majority of this article, so I went ahead and shortened up most of it. I shortened the 2006 season section, 2007 season, and the pre-draft sections. These are the sections where I feel most of the uneeded info was. If there is any more anyone can see, then please let me know and I'll try to do it myself? Length, more.

It REALLY needs to be shortened up. Like, remove the game-by-game stats in the college season praragraphs and just give his seaon totals. Also, what's up with those "Honors" lists? Work them into the sections for those seasons as they can easliy be vandalized with the style their in right now. Plus, it'd shorten it up some. Whatever is done, it NEEDS to be shortened up BADLY. Lots of WVU player articles are like that because User:Red Deadeye goes all out and gets really detailed. We've spoken about it before, but a lot of them could still stand to get shorter.►Chris NelsonHolla! 19:20, 11 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
I know he's got good intentions, but I've tried to tell him that some of the stuff can be removed and how to properly link to schools in sports articles like East Carolina Pirates football and not [[East Carolina University|East Carolina Pirates]], but he does that so many times, I've given up and decided to let others, such as yourself handle it. I'm focused namely on WikiProject Arena Football League and it's newsletter. Crash Underride 18:58, 12 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
