Can anyone explain how it is that Sutton was apparently Forest's Player of the Year in 1993? This seems very odd considering that he was sold to Derby in 1992 and, so far as I can tell, didn't actually play for the Forest first team after 1991. However, the 1993 award is sourced to both the official website and apparently to various hard copy publications that the team has put out subsequently (including multiple match programs) so someone at Forest apparently believes this despite it making no sense whatsoever.
