Bibliography

edit

I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. This is a work in progress; feel free to continue. "Weird"

edit

If "weird" is the right adjective for "fiction" in the introduction, seems like it should link to weird fiction. If it's not that weird, then I think it should be another word. Thmazing (talk) 18:04, 22 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

I should mention that based on the usage of "weird" later on in the article, it doesn't seem like we're talking weird-fiction weird but the more everyday usage in 2023. But is that clear? Personally, I don't think so. Thmazing (talk) 18:05, 22 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
I think I used "weird" because other people used it, but not as a genre designation. I changed the lead wording to "unusual". Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 20:29, 23 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

User:Rachel Helps (BYU) states: "When I wrote the page for Steven L. Peck and his bibliography at the request of our 21st-century manuscripts curator for my work, I was a fan of his work. I have since become Steve Peck's friend, and we are planning to present together on Mormon aesthetics at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley in April 2024. Steve is a part-time member of the Maxwell Institute. He is also a member of the advisory board for the Center for Latter-day Saint Arts." Ixocactus (talk) 23:13, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
