STIKFAS
editImage added per request, someone needs to fix the formatting/location as I can't figure out how to get it right.--Improbcat 21:29, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Entering NEW kit information
editCurrent criteria for "kit" entries should be (IMHO) to enter them after they are "AVAILABLE", and not when they are in "SHIPPING" status (formerly known as "preview" 6/05). The reasoning behind this is that the DEFINITION of the toy is of existing, existed, or available kits. This is a guidline, not a law. I feel it will help prevent the 'appearance' of advertizing, and not enter the perview of speculation about future releases.
(I added the last 4 kits today because I have confirmation that they are shipping to dealers) Nixon 18:50, 2 November 2005 (UTC)
Follow up to "Entering NEW kit information
I am of the opinion that new kits could be added when they are officially announced at www.stikfas.com to keep this page as up to date as possible.
Speculative kits, or kits NOT officially posted to www.stikfas.com should NOT be included in this page. --Swhite74 22:39, 3 November 2005 (UTC)
Kit Listings and Alternatives
edit- Advertising. Articles about companies and products are fine if they are written in an objective and unbiased style. Furthermore, all article topics must be third-party verifiable, so articles about very small "garage" companies are not likely to be acceptable. External links to commercial organizations are acceptable if they can serve to identify major corporations associated with a topic (see finishing school for an example). Please note Wikipedia does not endorse any businesses and it does not set up affiliate programs. See also WP:CORP for a proposal on corporate notability.

CLEANUP DISCUSSION
editThe KITS section is a LISTING of kits as refference because this article is lrgely about a popular "collector's item". This is common with other WP entries of similar interest. Also, these are "limited run" items. When they are out, the manufacturer may not release the SAME color/release item. This SCREAMS NPOV viability to me. But, I'm open for discussion.
An alternative might might be to list the THEMES separate from the product.

STIKFAS → Stikfas — According to Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Trademarks). If LEGO has to be "Lego" and not "LEGO"; and K'NEX is K'Nex in Wikipedia; then this must be "Stikfas". Jeffrey Scott Maxwell (talk) 16:37, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
- Support per nominator's reasoning. It's not an acronym. Normal English formatting. 86.6.193.43 (talk) 21:37, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
