quick COI edit request
editThis edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Hi! I work for a communications firm that represents Zonar and have a tiny COI edit request: Could we please wikilink the mention of Zonar in this article? Currently the Zonar Systems article is an orphan. Thanks! Mary Gaulke (talk) 21:17, 12 October 2018 (UTC)

editSource-referenced information requested
- The Zonar claim is unreferenced. Something from either company (ST / Zonar) such as a press release would be sufficient. Spintendo 22:25, 14 October 2018 (UTC)
- @Spintendo: Thanks! This brochure from Stock references Zonar on the second page, underneath "Industry-Leading Technology":

The details of how it's applied are slightly different, though.

Customer Service Centre North Bay
editThe customer service centre (CSC) in North Bay has established itself as an industry leader in school bus and charter bus safety and passenger transportation. The team comprises of over one-hundred local bus drivers, office staff, management, and mechanics. They operate approximately 100 bus run during one-hundred eighty-seven operations bus days every year[1] [2] After three years of incremental gains the combined team consistently places in the top overall scored location for a variety of Key Performance Metrics including: accident reduction, speed reduction, child check compliance, on time performance, pre-trip inspection compliance, post trip inspection compliance and good fiscal management.
The safety and management team in North Bay were part of a multi-organizational effort chaired by the Ontario Provincial Police and the "Let's Remember Adam" campaign to advocate for increased safety for school buses with their first objective being to introduce law to convert school bus warning lights from red to amber on the eight-lamp system. This community safety group was very proud to see that Bill 246 received Royal Ascent and will become law on 01 July 2022. [3]
Throughout the pandemic the team at CSC North Bay has completed work on a bus washing facility, has acquired new charter bus equipment, and has continued to train its drivers and maintain its fleet to a high standard. The most notable achievement was arguably the installation and implementation of drivecam by lytx on all of its fleet vehicles. [4]. This camera system allows for the training and coaching of drivers to enable enhanced training, focused accountability and a reduction in liability. The implementation of this system was done with the understanding that privacy protocols for law and the customer's policies were strictly adhered to.
