Delete game guide information, which is everything except the lead section.
Include reviews (The mobygames page lists some) as references, and include the following sections:
Reception - where reviews are referenced and summarized, and where the general reaction of the press to the game is stated.
Overview - Explain gameplay in a simple paragraph without writing like a game guide (paragraph 1), a single sentence about each of the game modes (paragraph 2), and a short explanation of the setting, like the presence or absence of real world basketballers, locations and other stuff. (paragraph 3)
Do not, in any way, include lists of characters, locations, moves, scores, clothing lines and locations. If there are real world things in the game, say so, reference that, and include a single example, usually the most notable. E.g: "The clothing a player can obtain in the game is all of real-world brands like And 1." and "Locations in the game are all notable street basketball courts, such as Rucker Park."
Obviously, kept the stub rating. Added Low (borderline no) importance.
Ask for rating again once it's a nicely written article with the above satisfied.
