editThis article was slapped together. There are a couple "covers" that could possibly be different songs of the same title. Also, it would be great if the songs were arranged chronologically. You know. If anyone has time. Thmazing (talk) 03:54, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
Also, if anyone wants to work on the article, it's pretty clear from the last line of the song that the wife becomes a prostitute; it should be possible to find a citable source that points that out. - Jmabel | Talk 05:42, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
- I've listened to that song (the Gram Parsons version) countless times and I'd never made that connection until reading your comment. It's very plausible that the writer(s) meant "walks the streets of Baltimore" to be interpreted that way. Grievous Angel (talk) 08:49, 21 September 2012 (UTC)
