Background

edit

All of the background info is presented in the chronology of the character. Is this the way it's presented in the comics? Can the article be rewritten to reflect the comics? --Droob (talk) 23:44, 16 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Tamburini

edit

Has any comment ever been made about the similarity between Strong Guy and the Liberatore/Tamburini character Ranxerox? Italian, quiff, goggles, tough guy? 195.194.75.209 11:30, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Black Mask195.194.75.209 11:30, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Ranxerox Liberatore's own gallery of Ranxerox Liberatore's wiki entry

Sounds to me that'd just be original research, which is frowned upon. Lots42 (talk) 03:17, 28 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
If there's no mention anywhere else, sure, it's original research and frowned upon, etc. But this character is absolutely a rip-off of RanXerox. - 2804:14C:5B84:82B3:EC48:3F6C:9284:641 (talk) 22:07, 8 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Bullies?

edit

I don't remember any bullies in Strong Guy's origin story. I remember him accidentally injuring a fellow student, who later goes crazy... Lots42 20:11, 26 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think Strong Guy describes the incident in a session with Doc Samson near or at the beginning of Joe Quesada's run on X-Factor. If I remember correctly, the bullies had a girl who toyed with Guido, inciting him to attack them. The classmate, who becomes Charon (Marvel Comics), is mentioned in the article. Current Pic

edit

Anyone got a different pic? A non-fan would be plenty weirded out by a little 'peering' up from Strong Guy's crotch region. Among other reasons to change the pic. Lots42 (talk) 03:17, 28 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Just for the record

I clarified and added in a lot of refs. Lots42 (talk) 13:10, 12 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hulk

edit

The World War Hulk section confuses me. I don't understand what happened. Plus, it needs to be in present tense for fiction. Lots42 (talk) 21:06, 25 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
