As the main doctor in a free clinic, I understand she does not pull down the same salary as a doctor of a private practice. Her salary is presumably paid by the funds into the clinic, which are often threatened. Plenty of episodes showing Delgado in her apartment (prior to moving in with Jonas) made it clear that it was not expensive and not in a great neighborhood. So up until marrying Jonas -- who is now in financial crisis himself anyway -- she was arguably lower class. - Keith D. Tyler¶22:36, 9 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
