Why does this stub exist?

edit

This stub is listed as a philosophy-related article but also has had mathematical connotations for years. The author of this article should either improve the quality of it or the article should be removed, since it gives no information that could not be gleaned from the mathematical context or the the philosophical context. "Uniformative prior probability"?

edit

What does this mean? Unfortunately in the context, it could mean "uniform prior probability" or "uninformative prior probability"... Which one is the real one? (And, I guess it's possible that the uniform prior is also uninformative only if we didn't actually know that say it was dice, or cards or something, in which case, I guess uniform prior, is still an informative prior?...)
