Only two copies of the Stroop Report survived the war. Four copies were made, an incomplete file copy and three leather-bound copies. Polish Resistance in the Warsaw ghetto uprising

According to http://pamiec.pl/ftp/ilustracje/Raport_STROOPA.pdf page 36 Stroop was confused and Polish Resistance did not take part in the Warsaw ghetto uprising inside Ghetto borders. How should we fix it? remove the section or say that there is a misconception about it? --Jarekt (talk) 01:25, 12 April 2016 (UTC)

Photographs

I included all the photographs from the two copies of Stroop Report, and few images from Stroop collection which were not in the report, but which depict the same event at the same time and place as the images from the report. There are more photographs from Stroop collection which I did not include, but which were added by an IP. I would propose to remove those as they are not from the report. The boy who is holding up his hands.

His identity is known. As I understand it his name is/was Nussbaum. He survived the war and became a successful businessman. He was with his aunt when she was arrested for shoplifting. Stroops men were shot

Stroop arrived at the ghetto to inspect the inmates who were found to have broken the conditions of their work contract to produce uniforms etc - they were instead producing fur coats to attain higher prices. When Stroop arrived several of his men were shot. Citations for image captions

@Piotrus: You seem to have much more faith in Commons sourcing standards than I do. Lets just say that there's no policy equivalent of WP:RS over there. I have seen Holocaust denial websites, forums, blogs, etc. used as "references" over there. For anything more than simple identification or describing what's on the image, it's preferred to cite the caption over here for WP:V purposes. buidhe 13:02, 20 March 2020 (UTC)

Hmmm, fair enough, through one of those captions here seemed to be to some forum, and another to Commons anyway. But feel free to restore the YV ones, they are of course reliable. How many copies?
