Definition of subanalytic sets
editThe article presently doesn't define subanalytic sets the way that Hironaka defines them in his article on triangulation. There, he defines them as the images of semianalytic sets under proper morphisms. Off the top of my head, I think they're equivalent (replace a proper morphism with the projection from its graph). But perhaps the article should say something about the relationship between the two. (To my mind, defining them as Hironaka does feels more right, but I may not have the right intuition for these matters.) Ozob (talk) 23:33, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
