ISIS Origin Story
editArticle currently states:
He also claimed that ISIS was created by Iranian and Syrian Governments with help from Russia.
But the cited article does not support the idea that Russia helped create ISIS, let alone the idea that Russia provided aid to Iran and/or Syria to create ISIS. Rather, the the relevant portion of the cited article states the following:
Someone planned and then gave birth to this "state." Who? Who founded ISIS in Syria and Iraq? Undoubtedly, it was the Syrian regime and the Iranian regime. And who supports ISIS? Iran, America, Russia, Europe, and even Israel. They all have an interest in the existence of ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
Accordingly, I suggest amending the text above. 155.190.3.7 (talk) 18:55, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
