Focusing
edit- A minor point, perhaps, but I'll make it anyway. This line: "The process of focusing a subminiature camera is the same as on any other camera: the lens or lenses are moved back and forth relative to the film plane." does not take into account the fact that it is possible to focus by internal focus as well as unit focus, and is thus innacurate. I would propose deleting this sentence. If I don't hear an objection in the next few days, I'll go ahead and remove this sentence. C.anguschandler (talk) 23:22, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
Current Status
edit- The thought randomly came to me, but:
- What is the current status / state of the art of this?
- Is film more easily compact inherently (only lens+film+shutter needed, no separate storage etc), or has digital progressed due to Semiconductor Advances such as Highly Layered PCBs (Tech like Package on a package , Embedded Components etc) (some sort of sensor-circuitry-storage stack made with some crazy complex 20+ Layer PCB), Photonic metamaterials / Superlenses etc
- What is the current status / state of the art of this?

- All in all this is just interesting and would be a neat thing to look into+document sometime in my opinion
- One Final Thing is i wonder to what degree stuff like this may be classified...
