Potential for a Mention of / "See Also" internal link to the DARPA Subterranean Challenge

• The DARPA Subterranean Challenge / DARPA SubT / DARPA SubT Challenge isn't documented too well on-wiki as of now
• It seems to be an answer of sorts to the " A December 11, 2013 RFI (request for information) titled "Technologies to enhance warfighter capabilities in subterranean environments" states in part:[4]" section
