Sudden acquired retinal degeneration (disease) → Sudden acquired retinal degeneration – The parenthetical disambiguation is unnecessary. There are no other topics of the same name with which this page could be confused. Its original title was Sudden acquired retinal degeneration, and it was changed without discussion in 2015. The article uses Sudden acquired retinal degeneration syndrome (SARDS) rather than Sudden acquired retinal degeneration. Might that be a better title? (Removal of the disambiguator should be uncontroversial.) Dekimasuよ! 18:59, 13 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
- Most of articles on PubMed call it Sudden acquired retinal degeneration syndrome, but not all of them do. A 2014 textbook also leaves off the syndrome. I'd prefer Sudden acquired retinal degeneration syndrome though (rather than what I originally suggested).DferDaisy (talk) 20:12, 13 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
