I was right there with you at first, but after reading up a little, apparently the "not a cookbook" rule has not found consensus.

Untrue, bad citation

The following passage is not accurate, and I'm unable to find this statement in the cited source:

"What makes sugar cookies different from other cookies is the ingredients. One ingredient that they have that no other type of cookie has is baking soda or baking powder. Although it is just one different ingredient that is added to this cookie, that one ingredient is what gives sugar cookies their specific taste and texture."
