Fair use rationale for Image:Suicide.jpg
editImage:Suicide.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

editAs I recall, this album (titled Suicide) is actually credited to "Alan Vega and Martin Rev," not to "Suicide." -- Gyrofrog (talk) 16:26, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

- My copy (Ze/Island, with the bathroom cut cover) had "Alan Vega • Martin Rev • Suicide" on the spine and much the same on the cover; the LP centre label just said "Suicide". AllyD (talk) 18:47, 28 September 2011 (UTC)
- Hello a few years ago. This frustrates me too as there's no real official word on what the second album is titled. the Ze Records release is not obvious, as it's sticker on the label just says "Suicide" (is that band name? album title? help?) (image here). The UK release has only a blank sticker on the inside with no track information. In Italy, it calls both the group and the album "Suicide". (image here). The re-issues avoided the complex issue by simply calling it "the second album". The album cover does say "Alan Vega • Martin Rev", but I think we should stick with what most of the inside sleeves are saying. Andrzejbanas (talk) 17:09, 27 June 2013 (UTC)
- Looking at the book again, they say it's titled "Suicide: Alan Vega and Martin Rev". The book also has either Rev or Martin stating they titled the album with their own names. So i'll use those for now. Andrzejbanas (talk) 15:46, 5 July 2013 (UTC)
