Delete this page in favour of Sun_Grid_Engine
editThis page is a duplication of work and needs to be deleted in favour of Sun_Grid_Engine. Please delete this if someone knows how-to? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ash.banerjee@gmail.com (talk • contribs) .
- Not the same. Sun Grid Engine (SGE) is cluster server software, while Sun Grid is a hosted service. I don't know if Sun Grid even uses SGE to implement it on the backend. -- Bovineone 15:00, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
- FYI the Sun Grid machines are x86-64 machines that use Solaris 10 and the Sun Grid Engine software --PdDemeter 23:15, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
The Application Catalog
editThe "application catalog" section sounds more like a sales pitch than objective information. Is it possible to make it more factual and less hype? Spainhower (talk) 04:47, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
