That footballer

I have to admit I have made no effort as to learn his name. What I do find strange, is the imediate confirmation that the ban on telling his name is of no validity in Scotland. I have thought the privilege dates back to the Magna Carta. The Barons insisted they were to be immune against slander, and King John had to comply. In the Elizabethan era, one legal expert insisted that the priveleges were to be admitted to all people of England. Just wondering how much of the Magna Carta is valid in Scotland. --82.134.28.194 (talk) 08:47, 23 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Jargon or Gibberish?

edit

What the heck does this mean? In July 2012, the decision was made by the newspapers' publishers to classify both the Sunday Herald as a "regional" title, thus exempting it from the monthly biennially.
