Dairy Queen?

edit

This article states: "After rinsing her finger Stefani says 'now you're looking like I used to' while Tony Kanal is cleaning the tomato sauce off the floor. This is most likely a reference to one of Stefani's teenage job of scrubbing floors at Dairy Queen." Doubt(ful), the lyrics are about a woman who once was infatuated with a man who perhaps was not as infatuated with her, but while she has since gotten over him, he is not over her, so the table are turned and "now you're looking like I used to." The former boyfriend hanging around during the video, ignored by Stefani, would seem to bear this out. In any case, this and the article's interpretation are clearly original research, unless the article's writer has some reference to suggest the dairy queen interpretation was either the director's or band's intent. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.1.168.113 (talk) 15:48, 13 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
