This page does not conform to the wikipedia neutral opinion standard. Article needs a great deal of clean up.

Examples of opinionated language:

Many homes on both sides of Sunset Hill on the higher levels, have spectacular views of the city...

Sunset Hill is a region with a mixture of poorly zoned areas, subdivisions, and old neighborhoods.

I created this page well over a decade ago before I really knew how to edit wikipedia. It is lacking sources, it is not objective and it is also not an official neighborhood. There are now pages for the two official neighborhoods which make up the broader "Sunset Hill" area, West Hills, Spokane and Grandview/Thorpe, Spokane. Perhaps deletion is not the proper way to approach this, but I don't think it can really be merged into either since both are more thorough, objective and well-sourced.
