I believe that this can be explained by the use of a different datums. Sources that cite NGVD 29 give and altitude of 14,001 feet. If this same altitude is expressed using NAVD 88 it is given as 14007 feet. I think we need to use the same a datum consistently when doing comparisons. --DRoll (talk) 20:23, 30 November 2008 (UTC)
