EEA and EU
editThe article is a bit vague on the validity of the certificate in EEA. Does this exist in countries like Liechtenstein/Iceland (the EU regulation seem not to apply) or do they have their own implementation? And do I understand correct that use in the EEA sets the "timer" for use in the EU? Is that also vice versa? L.tak (talk) 18:05, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
History of SPCs
editThe legal basis to create those EU-wide SPCs in 1995 seems to be based on art114 TFEU (a normal directive) which has, according to my source, harmonised an existing IP title available in some member states. Is there any documentation somewhere about the pre-95 history of SPCs? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zoobab (talk • contribs)
