edit- The reference tells you the theme song, but not the tagline. A reference needs to be found of the tagline.
- One doesn't need to be found as it is on the poster to the left. –LAX 19:57, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
The tagline and theme song can be separated into two sentences.Wiki-link "main event"Explain or wiki-link "Survivor Series match"change "Team Raw" and "Team Smackdown" to superstars from the Raw brand against superstars from the Smackdown brand.- I mentioned the Teams' members names. –LAX 20:11, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
Background
edithave been competitive before, needs to be sourced, explained, or removed.- Sourced. –LAX 20:39, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- Now reworded. –LAX 19:07, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
- Sourced. –LAX 20:39, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
Wiki-lined "elimination match"- The second sentence as a whole needs a reference
- Not every sentence needs a ref. –LAX 18:58, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
- Put reference number 7 after the third sentence as well, since it works there.
- Again, not every sentence needs a ref. –LAX 18:58, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Source needed for The teams feuded on both shows, and Batista, the captain of the SmackDown! team, suffered an injury after being beat down several times- Can "died" be changed to "passed away", it sounds better.
Saying Bischoff despised Cena is more like a personal opinion.Did Bischoff choose Angle to just take the title from Cena, or to face him in a match for the title, hoping Angle would win?On the November 7 edition of Raw, Angle refused to compete due to the "you suck" chants from the audience. needs a ref.- Angle finally agreed to compete when Bischoff censored the crowd, and let him have a special guest referee, whom Angle chose to be Daivari. needs a ref as well.
- Once again, not every sentence needs a ref. –LAX 18:58, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Ref needed for Triple H returning after three months.- The two had been aligned since 2002, and were partners in a tag team match on the show. needs a ref.
- And finally, not every sentence needs a ref. –LAX 18:58, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Event
editSome of the matches should be shortened, as they give a little bit too much of play-by-play.Can you find a wiki-line for "Best of 7-series" match.Stratus hit a diving bulldog to win, and retain the title. retain ---> retained.Wiki-link "screwdriver"Triple H to win the match finally won needs to be re-worded.Before starting the section about Edge and Lita in the ring, write "After that match,"- his lack of a world championship I'm not sure, but shouldn't the w and c be capitalized in "world championship"
- I'm not too sure about that. –LAX 21:19, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
and Angle leaved the ring needs to be re-worded.All five commentators provided commentary for, and argued during the match. for and argued?Msterio is obviously misspelled.Kane knocked down all of Team SmackDown!, and Batista knocked down Team RAW at the same time?- Removed. –LAX 00:55, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Wiki-link "Spinebuster"
Aftermath
editAfter losing to the SmackDown! brand, Eric Bischoff was fired by Mr. McMahon on the December 5 edition of Raw. - needs a ref.The feud between the brands ended, and McMahon took the spot as the temporary general manager of RAW. - also needs a ref- There should be a paragraph about the aftermath of the Angle/Cena feud and the Triple H/Ric Flair feud.
Results
edit- The match note about the Undertaker needs to be indented.
- No, because it is a notable point in the event, similar to the dance segment at WrestleMania 23, which isn't indented. –LAX 01:35, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Other On-Screen Talent Table
editIf the person does not have an article, the link should be removed. A GA should not have red links. It should start at the top of the event section.

GA review
editOkay, I decided to take a look at this article (even though the last time I reviewed a PW one I was attacked on the project talk page), it's looking pretty good, but there is some stuff that needs addressing.
- There appears to be something wrong with refs 8 and 11. There is random bolding in them, and apostrophes in various places where they probably shouldn't be.
- That has to do with Template:Cite DVD-notes. I looked at the template itself and tried to fix it, but I could not find anything. –LAX 22:44, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- "The tagline was "The Beginning of the End."" <- Needs a source.
- No, because it is on the poster to right. –LAX 22:44, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Should it be mentioned somewhere that Long/Bischoff was named WON's worst match of the year?
- I don't know, but I'll look into it. –LAX 22:52, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- I could not find a source to back up that claim. I don't believe that is needed, but it wouldn't hurt for it to be added. –LAX 23:25, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- I don't know, but I'll look into it. –LAX 22:52, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Television shows should be italicized per the MOS. There are several uses of Smackdown! and Raw which are not.
- All unitalicized mentions I found were referring to the brand and not the show. –LAX 22:52, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
Considering the Benoit/Booker match is the first match of a series, the eventual result should be mentioned in the aftermath.- The ending came sometime in January. Should we really note that in this article? I think it should definitely be mentioned in the Armageddon (2005) article, though. –LAX 22:44, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- We're supposed to assume that the reader is not entirely familiar with the topic, so someone note that it is the first match in a series and wonder how it ended. At the very least something along the lines of "the feud between Benoit and Booker continued into 2006, with Booker eventually regaining the title." -- Scorpion0422 22:47, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Done –LAX 23:17, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

"Triple H attacked Flair's head, after he used a screwdriver to Flair's head" two uses of the phrase "Flair's head" in one sentence, that should be fixed.- The paragraph about the Survivor Series match in the event section uses a lot of the same words over and over again.
That's about all. -- Scorpion0422 22:35, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm satisfied. Good work. -- Scorpion0422 23:38, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
