Notability as academic

This page should not be speedily deleted because I am looking to add more details and will do it soon there.

Also, he was actually a visiting professor with Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University before joining politics. He is now in full time politics as central committee member of Bibeksheel Sajha Party.

I am not quite familiar with web page organization. I have linked his facebook page and his official page and is looking if anyone can upload a picture of him and an info box. He is a popular figure and many people will contribute soon on this wiki page if we can classify this page as stub.
