Milton Friedman interview

edit

I'm wondering why it makes sense to include in this biography of Susan Stamberg a paragraph devoted to her interview with Milton Friedman, when the paragraph concludes with Friedman getting the last word (and, ostensibly, the upper hand). Interesting? Absolutely. Memorable? Apparently to some. But what was the actual agenda of the person who added this anecdote to this Wikipedia article? I don't look for hagiographies in biographies--far from it. But I do look for appropriate focus and relative purity of motive. Wouldn't this anecdote--at least as it's summarized here--be more appropriate to a biography of Milton Friedman? --74.69.49.176 (talk) 22:28, 25 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
