This is possibly the most POV article I've ever read! Also possibly a copyright infringement. It's not appropriate to create an article just by pasting an obituary written by people who knew the subject personally. I'm moving the obituary to an external link; if someone wants to write an article about Susan Strange, please ensure that it's NPOV and does not infringe copyright! 136.206.1.17 17:35, 17 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

I believe that obituary mentioned is the one in this article: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/soc/csgr/newsletters/nl2.pdf It gives a real notion of who she was and what she accomplished. Same goes for these articles writen after her death: http://www.bisa-ipeg.org/newsletter/1999feb.htm None of them seem to been under copyright, but may be to lenghty to put in here, I would advice someone to read both artiles and come up with a summary for them. I would do it but I still have papers and exams coming up...

I think it's sad to see such a great woman under-represented here in wikipedia, when there are so many articles on other people that didn't accomplish 1/100 of what she did...(Aezur) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aezur (talkcontribs) 02:00, 25 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

publishing dates

Some of the books mentioned at the end of the article have wrong publishing dates. The first edition of "States and Markets" for example was published in 1988 (not 1998). 137.248.8.30 (talk) 13:15, 4 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
