Sutton House(s)

edit

Hi. Tidied up the text, added some detail. Regrettably, this wasn't Sutton's House. It was a misattribution. An older (but not by much) house has been identified on the Blackwall tunnel approach road, that house is currently non-descript offices with an Edwardian frontage! Some of my text was drawn from an internal note by the former manager of Sutton House. All the best, and like what is being done with the Hackney pages - Kevin 10:43 14 June 2006

The graffito mentioned in previous edits - just visible opposite the house, wished amnesty for the miners (during the Miners Strike) Jackiespeel 17:29, 14 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

... and it still does, under trivia ... Re-organised, not whitewashed! Kbthompson 11:45, 31 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

The Sadleir website is no more. Jackiespeel (talk) 11:19, 25 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

National Trust pilot

edit

Hello! During late June, July and some of August, I'm working on a paid project sponsored by the National Trust to review and enhance coverage of NT sites. You can find the pilot edits here, as well as a statement and contact details for the National Trust. I am leaving this message when I make a first edit to a page; please do get in touch if you have any concerns. Lajmmoore (talk) 14:26, 3 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
