Some disciplines uncertain

edit

I've tried to find which exact disciplines the Swedish athletes plan to participate in. I've been able to verify for most sports (archery, athletics, boccia, cycling, equestrian, judo, paracanoe, table tennis and wheelchair tennis). As far as swimming goes I haven't been able to verify them, but I have been able to verify Pernilla Lindberg did qualify in all the listed distances[1]. I know Lina Watz qualified in 100m backstroke and 400m freestyle but am unsure about the rest of the disciplines. In shooting, I know if the Swedish participants are participating in men' or women's events, and rifle or pistol, but I don't know if they reached the qualifying standard in all the disciplines. -- Lejman (talk) 09:40, 10 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Lina Watz probably met the MET requirement, so she's probably qualified in all disciplines. I did find a shooting MQS list here: https://www.paralympic.org/shooting/rankings which allowed me to fix which events the Swedish shooters had qualified to. This reduced the Swedish athletes' participations to a total of 49 events (counting the same event twice if there were two athletes in the same event), which matches SPC's number, so the current page very likely reflects actual participation now. 4 events have two Swedish participants, so the highest theoretical medal count is 45 gold, 4 silver. -- Lejman (talk) 00:53, 15 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
