editRemoved the information about Lufthansa City Line because it is incorrect. At the same time corrected the information about ownership with reference to the Swiss registry of commerces.

No. Swiss fully owns Swiss European. It has the same CEO. There is no real difference.
In fact SWU is even more fully integrated into the operation and training. There is only one dispatch for both companies and the various fleets, one crew planning and so on. 23 August 2014.
