I stumbled across this Popular Science Monthly Correspondence on Wikisource in which Mr. Fisher (Mr. Sydney G. Fisher) updates an article submitted in 1893, Has Immigration increased Population?

Unfortunately, my understanding of Wikisource is better described as ignorance.

There may be more writings by the author in this publication, as I just found this one in volume 49 September 1896.

Wikisource confuses me (I'm repeating myself).
