Point of first sighting for immigrants?
editThe article currently contains the assertion "For many immigrants this was their first sighting of Australia." I don't believe this is true. Immigrants from Europe often came via other Australian ports - I think for many in the twentieth century their first sighting of Australia would have been Fremantle. Can we have a source for this assertion please?--A Y Arktos 22:23, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
Merger from North Head
editI think the two articles should be merged, there is not enough content in either separately at present.--A Y Arktos 20:11, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
Merger
editI am happy with the merger between the articles. I think that all the heads should be expanded and added to one big article. This would be good as it would make the whole article better as a combined then all individual. Edwardkindred 21:41, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
Map?
editInstead of all these pictures of old fortifications, this article could really use a map showing the heads and their surroundings. The aerial photos really don't do them justice. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 13:53, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
