Nawab Sir Justice Syed Shamsul Huda KCIE picture's - copyright protection needed.
- @SyedAminul: What that image needs is some accurate information about the copyright status, first of all. You tagged it as "own work". Unless you personally took the photo 94 years ago, I rather doubt that's correct. The same goes for other images you uploaded, for example File:LAW OF CRIMES.jpg: that's the cover of a journal published in 1902, and I really doubt you had a hand in publishing that journal 114 years ago - so it's clearly not your own work. The journal cover, however, is likely to be in the public domain by now; I'd have to look up Indian copyright law to be sure (and British copyright law might be relevant too, given that at the time of publication India was part of the British Empire), but works published more than a century ago stand a decent chance to have gone out of copyright. For the photo we might need to know when it was first published, though; while it obviously was created in 1922 or earlier, it might have stayed unpublished for quite some time, and the expiration of copyright may depend on the death of the creator and/or the date of publication. If we cannot be sure about the image's copyright status it will need to be deleted; Wikipedia does not tolerate copyright violations. Huon (talk) 20:12, 9 May 2016 (UTC)

- It would help to know where you got the image File:Nawab Sir Justice Syed Shamsul Huda KCIE.jpg from. Did you scan it from a book or a magazine? If so, does the book or magazine give credits for the picture? – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 13:48, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
Yes, I have scanned this picture from a book, I am working on it to find the information that needs some time.Syed Aminul Islam 05:06, 12 May 2016 (UTC)
Nawab
edit@SyedAminul: Who awarded him the title Nawaab? 1913 seems a little late for such a title, which is an interesting fact in itself? See the article "Nawab. It seems to claim a difference between Nawab and Naawab. --BeckenhamBear (talk) 13:27, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
