@SheriffIsInTown: Why are you removing tags without addressing the issue first? You've also removed notability tags in the past without making a single comment on the tp. The subject is clearly notable for just one single event and falls under WP:BIO1E. Meanwhile the language is very promotional. You need to remove it. —Saqib (talk I contribs) 15:21, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Kindly, please pay close attention when coming up with these logics, Punjab Police sources are simply publishing articles from reputable news sources and if they were just Punjab Police, they would be still reliable as there are thousands of people working for that department, why would they just promote one of their employees. I'm not the owner, but I find your edits lacking merit. The tags you're adding lack justification, and you're removing sources hosted on the Punjab Police website, which are actually from reputable news sources. I have valid objections to your edits. If you believe there is promotional language, why not try to address that instead of simply adding tags or removing sources? Please adjust the language if you think it's promotional. I'm open to that. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 15:56, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
I've clarified points below. And no, I'm not interested in editing this further because, as usual, there's a tendency to interpret my intentions negatively. Feel free to make any adjustments you see fit. And please refrain from using the argument that I target this page because it was created by you. How many other pages you've created have I targeted or even contested? So let's avoid resorting to this argument in the future. --—Saqib (talk I contribs) 16:12, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Saqib This article was created by me and it is offensive for you to even suggest that I create promotional articles. I am contesting your logic for adding these tags, there is no issue to address here except your retaliation stemming from Mazari's AFD. That is when you started targeting this article just because it was created by me. Per WP:ANYBIO, the recipients of a notable award are notable whether they get an award because of one incident or many just the way politicians are notable just for winning one election. Please put behind your grudges and stop targeting this article. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 15:31, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Who accused you of creating PROmo articles? I just pointed out that the tone and language of the BLP in its current state is promotional. You’re using non-independent sources such as Punjab Police and video interviews of the subject. I’m not taking it to AfD, but at least improve it and address the concerns. And please focus on the current topic. --—Saqib (talk I contribs) 15:40, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Since there were minimal contributions from anyone else besides myself, I added the language. Therefore, if you're suggesting it's promotional, it implies that I created an article with promotional language, which is not the case. I simply paraphrased content from sources. Additionally, the content from Punjab Police sources isn't authored by them; they merely republished news articles from sources like The Express Tribune and Pakistan Today. Regarding the interview, it was conducted by Geo News, a reliable source that likely conducted research into the claims made. They wouldn't publish lies; for instance, if the interviewee mentioned her parents, Geo News wouldn't fabricate fake parents. If they're discussing her parents, they must indeed be her parents. Yes, I must say you've written it in a PROMO tone. You wrote, Maryam Nawaz praised her courage, wisdom and responsibility for saving the life of the woman. You also wrote that She has actively advocated for the protection of the transgender community and animals from abuse whereas the references don't say the same. The source just says that she just gave a briefing. You wrote, Thanks to her efforts, retired police sniffer dogs and horses are now available for adoption rather than being euthanized. But it seems I'm not allowed to edit the BLP because you're the owner here. --—Saqib (talk I contribs) 16:02, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
I don't agree with your assessment that it's written in a promotional tone. Our aim is to reflect what the sources say. Let me address one of the points you've raised. Here's what the source says about Maryam's interaction with Shehrbano: Maryam Nawaz on Monday lauded ASP Sheherbano Naqvi for saving a woman from a violent mob in Ishra. Maryam Nawaz said that ASP Naqvi demonstrated courage, wisdom, and responsibility. “If ASP Gulberg Shehrbano Naqvi had not arrived in time, there was a risk of an incident. Shehrbano, thank you! We are all proud of you,” said Maryam in a statement. The CM nominee also said that facing pressure, numbers, and circumstances, she upheld both the law and the humanity. Maryam said, “I hope every member of the police force will play their role in protecting the lives and property of the people with the same dedication,”. Now how do you think Maryam Nawaz praised her courage, wisdom and responsibility for saving the life of the woman. is not the representation of the source? @SheriffIsInTown is right, and @Saqib, you’re wrong. I can provide 100 examples showing that you are primarily messing things up on pages related to the armed forces and opposition parties. However, I have never seen you make mistakes on PTI pages. Why is that? Oh yes, you’re from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, and your conflict of interest regarding PTI and against the armed forces is clearly visible.
You have added multiple things on pages about the COAS, Brigadiers, and Major Generals, including but not limited to ISI activities in Pakistan. For instance, you added on the COAS page that Munir has been accused of violating constitutional grounds and being involved in the sacking of Islamabad High Court judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui after Siddiqui accused the Inter-Services Intelligence of overthrowing the Nawaz Sharif government. You only cited one book by Shuja Nawaz, and you were unable to provide a single reference from notable media outlets to support this claim, which shows how desperate you are to discredit the armed forces because of your political affiliation. You have added many nonsense things on multiple armed forces pages based on your thoughts or they are being given to you by PTI, so you implement by running their propaganda on Wikipedia. Only you are the one who doing this thing and I have never seen any Pakistani user or editor doing this messed up.
I challenge you to prove me wrong and share a credible Supreme Court decision link where it is stated that Shaukat Aziz or Supreme Court decision say, “ISI been accused of overthrowing the Nawaz government.” Let me add something: when the Nawaz Sharif government was overthrown, the COAS was Qamar Bajwa, and ISI chief was Asim Munir So how come you’re adding nonsense on the current COAS page based on the personal stance of Shaukat Siddiqui? There are 100 people you will hear saying that the COAS has done this or that, so does it mean you will add a section for each of these 100 people? Will you add the Supreme Court decision that Imran Khan has made Cipher drama? No, you won't because of your political affiliation.
As I said that I understand you have a political affiliation, but please keep it to yourself and don’t impose your thoughts or allegations on Wiki pages. This is just one example, but I can provide 500+ more where you are fabricating things and adding your own content.
Example 2: ISPR doesn’t own Green Entertainment, but whoever fact-checks or counters your claim, you either ban them through your friend circle or label them as ISPR guys. You have added a link from Muslim Skeptic, which is an SEO blog and not a news channel or a notable channel, despite always shouting “Notable link needed, well-established article needed,” blah blah. Share me a credible only 1 link where it says that ISPR owns Green Entertainment and I swear I will delete my Wikipedia account and will never comment on your nonsense editing things.
So, change your policies towards the armed forces and stop engaging in such activities. Now you can go and start a sock-puppet investigation against my account because I have exposed you here, and you won’t like it.
