Blocking inside Syria
editIs the website currently blocked or not? The article says it was blocked on 18 Feb, but then implies it was later unblocked - on 6 Feb, which is of course 12 days before the date it was supposedly blocked. Was there a previous block in place that was rescinded on 6 Feb, only to have another block put in place on 18 Feb (which is still in effect)?
