Changes to address the "fork"?

With Balabit now distributing a proprietary fork of syslog-ng, can calling *it* syslog-ng while calling the open source syslog-ng OSE there needs to be some clarification of this. Further, the feature list needs to be specified as to what version it applies to. For example, curently logging directly to a database is not available in the open source syslog-ng, only in the commercial variant.

Since than we changed the license to LGPL therefore PE and OSE have the same codebase and SPE have some more plugins: disk buffer, logstore destination driver. And also a lot features were moved to the OSE release.
