The entry for Tenere contains this sentence:
The modern inhabitants of the Ténéré are largely Tuareg of Ayr and Azawagh.
The word "Ayr" links to an entry for a burgh in Scotland, whereas it should link to an entry which dscribes the Ayr region of the Sahara.
(I'm not qualified to write such an entry, but hope someone else is and will.)

editI'm trying to expand this, and hopefully will finish before the end of theis week. Once this is done (and unless anyone objects), I'd like to move the Air and Ténéré Nigerien Natural Reserve (RNNAT), as it covers both the Air mountians AND the Ténéré desert, and has its own history quite apart from the two landforms. But as they're both stubs (or stuby starts) at the moment, it doesn't seem right to break out the RNNAT just yet. Thoughts? T L Miles (talk) 20:29, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

editThe Tenere map displayed at this point erases the settlement of Timia near the southwest border of the Tenere Reserve, shows the aame Tenere in place of Agadez, the province of Chad containing the reserve, and will not provide a new reader with knowledge of where Tenere is located, either within Chad or in Africa. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.160.7.97 (talk) 11:14, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
