Change to Tímea
editCan this page be renamed Tímea (the correct spelling of the name)? Unfortunately, there's a redirect at that location, so it won't allow the move. — Emiellaiendiay 21:16, 10 May 2017 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: move the page at this time, per the discussion below; it now has slightly more names with this spelling than the other, and there is a bit more support than objection. Dekimasuよ! 16:40, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
Timea → Tímea – that's the actual spelling Adam78 (talk) 19:29, 8 April 2018 (UTC)--Relisting. Dekimasuよ! 00:23, 16 April 2018 (UTC)

- @Adam78 and Ammarpad: Queried move request Anthony Appleyard (talk) 21:38, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
- @Adam78: Both titles are in the lede. And the people named are evenly divided. Three named with diacritic, three without. This is unnecessary move, in my view. –Ammarpad (talk) 20:42, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
- Diactritics are often lost when names are used outside of their location of origin (and the original form is with the accent). Compromises or (technical?) limitations should not make the standard, I believe. Adam78 (talk) 21:15, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
- Support - given that this is technically a short article about the Hungarian given name, (which happens to have a list of those bearing it), rather than a true disambiguation page, it seems reasonable to use the correct spelling of that name, and it is found in English sources too.[1] — Amakuru (talk) 21:45, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
