I am aware that this page was deleted in 2009. I don't know why - although controversial, Newsmill has become one of the more important sites for debates on social and political issues among Swedish intelligentia, and an important source for articles on Sweden here at Wikipedia. I have translated this page from its Swedish version as of this date. Michael Goodyear (talk) 18:13, 9 February 2011 (UTC) Michael Goodyear 21:03, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
- Checked with IronGargoyle who deleted original on Feb 1 - ok Michael Goodyear (talk) 18:11, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
- While I definitely agree that Newsmill is worth an article, I would like to point out (in reference to the statement above) that Newsmill articles in general do not qualify as reliable sources for Wikipedia articles, since they are self-published. Of course, statements like "X criticised Y for..." or "Z proposed..." could be sourced using Newsmill, but it is not a sourced to be used for hard facts. Tomas e (talk) 18:14, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
