I came to this page after seeing it listed on the 'clean-up' list.

Someone probably translated the Japanese Wiki on google or altavista babel fish. If anyone's fluent in Japanese, please provide us with a gramatically correct translation. Thank you.

I touched small amount of the introductory parts, however, I think I'm messing up the true meanings and the context provided in the Japanese wiki. Gunbolt 23:14, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

After revision

edit

I have attempted a translation. It should now be grammatically correct, but is almost certainly lacking in other ways. Notably, there is liberal use of weasel words earlier in the article, and the whole thing lacks consistency. For what it's worth, titles of TV programmes are almost all my own unofficial translation. Please let me know if you have any comments. Grgcox 20:41, 30 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

neutral point of view and citations...and other things

edit

Is it just me, or the NPOV of this article is...lacking? Example: the first few sentences of the article...'or so he claims', 'he claims xxx'. And there's that "Truth or Nonsense" section... Also lacking intext citations and still rough around the edges in terms of quality. Do you know? (talk) 05:05, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

edit

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 00:18, 21 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Textbook BLP violation

edit

I have just removed most of this article because it was the epitomy of a BLP violation. I can't believe it has sat like that for more than 6 years... AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 01:02, 9 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
