Taktser Rinpoche is within the scope of WikiProject Indiana, an open collaborative effort to coordinate work for, and sustain comprehensive coverage of the U.S. state of Indiana and related subjects on Wikipedia.
The Taktsers seem to have been pretty obscure tülkus prior to one of them ending up as the brother of the current Dalai Lama. It's typical that we have little or no information available about Tibetan Buddhist lineages like that. In practice, then, the article on the lineage often ends up combined with the article on the most famous representative (if there is no famous representative of the lineage, then there's usually no source material with which to create an article on the lineage at all). In this case, someone seems to have decided to create a separate article for the lineage, but here our reach exceeds our grasp, since we don't have additional information to put in the lineage article. – Greg Pandatshang (talk) 17:07, 15 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
