This crater is clearly visible in photos and there's even a rim, so it is definitely exposed, not hidden beneath sediments. I suppose you just copied the data directly from Earth Impact Database?

The EID is the authoritative source here, so yes, their information "just gets copied" into the article. But also see here: "The crater is prominent on radar, but is obscure on optically obtained satellite and aircraft images, as are partly buried fluvial drainage systems and fault-block traces developed in bedrocks of the Chebka.
