I am not able to find any information anywhere for the source, currently listed as "Williams, Jeff (2009). Wholly Cow Too. Summit Press.". Google Books, Amazon, Library of Congress catalog, NY public library, nothing. If Summit press is the same entity as http://summitpress.com/ it appears that they are a vanity publisher. So I wouldn't be surprised if it was some sort of small run. But it makes verification very difficult if there is no way to track down a copy of the source.
