It's in the 'Manuscripts' section, last sentence: The title Tartar Relation, coined by Painter for his 1965 edition, has stuck, cited to Connell 2000. The edition in question is cited under 'Editions'. Although not a good translation, it isn't a bad title, considering that it is an "ethnographic report" and not simply a history.
