Changes constantly undone?
editI had posted changes, correcting the mines finishing time to the early 80's (from the incorrect 1960s) and citing the corporation that owned the mine (Falconbridge) at the time. These were then undone by Flyer22 Frozen immediately. The first time without reason and the second with simply "source", although I specified that I was a resident in Tasu during the early 80's, and indeed when the mine was closed. I returned in 1988 while family friends were still in the process of dismantling the townsite and minesite. Am I doing something wrong in updating this small article to improve accuracy and detail? Sources [1] from the Royal Museum confirm Wesfrob was owned by Falconbridge and from Mindat [2] confirm the time frame for closure I added? Colour me confused by the Flyer22 Frozen action? - Volarne, regarding this, I did not revert you without reason. You changed material with part of your statement relaying "I was a resident during this time." You seemed to be going by your personal account/experience. And Wikipedia does not go by personal accounts/experiences. It goes by WP:Reliable sources.
- Since I'm not familiar with this topic or what sources to look into for this topic, I'll leave this matter to others to handle. I'm also not sure this topic is WP:Notable. Flyer22 Frozen (talk) 03:54, 8 April 2020 (UTC)
- Sources belong in the article, by the way. See WP:Verifiability and WP:Citing sources. Flyer22 Frozen (talk) 03:57, 8 April 2020 (UTC)
