Table? Suggestion
editWould it be better to have a table listing the chapters instead of a text list? Many other organizations have one as seen here, here, and especially here. It would definitely help with visual appeal, or maybe I'm just crazy? Don't help me, help the bear. 06:27, 4 August 2017 (UTC)
- Sure. I was first working on getting the data about the chapters in. Would you prefer a pure table, or one using the templates per line like List of Omega Psi Phi chapters (edit it and look "underneath the hood")Naraht (talk) 06:44, 4 August 2017 (UTC)
- I think the reference you included at List of Omega Psi Phi chapters is good. It's clean and direct, and hopefully collapsible somehow? Maybe instead of having chapter names written as Alpha A, maybe it could be something like Alpha (A), or some other variant much like how it is done here? - Actually collapsibility is one feature that I don't think is available with . It can be done on other types of table where the table structure is actually in the article though. Take a look at start and start2 in Category:Fraternity_and_sorority_table_templates to see which columnar structure you think fits better. And Psi Beta (ΨΒ) is fine.

- And whichever one we pick, I'll be happy to create it (or help you create it). Of course the other answer in terms of needing collapsibility to keep from overwheming the article is to create a List of Tau Sigma Delta chapters and move it over there. Naraht (talk) 21:33, 4 August 2017 (UTC)
- I think {{FratChapter}} would be best, it's not too extra. I'll be willing to type everything and drop it onto a subpage of my user page to take care of some of the main formatting work if you don't necessarily have the time to do it or want some help. - Try sorting on the founded column and you'll see that you have a small problem in that the sort is *very* much *not* in order (all of the May entries are at the beginning).
