Hi Halibutt

edit

Oh Halibutt, what is your proficiency in the Lithuanian language, that would have you re-add the childish banter (in Lithuanian), bordering on vandalism, that I removed. Dr. Dan 23:27, 27 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Lysy

edit

Lysy, before I re-add the Important information that Tsar Alexander I, stayed there in the Triva section, in 1807, can Lysy tell me if it was for the whole year, or just a night or two? Dr. Dan 22:19, 4 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Lysy, where in the world is the town of Redstart? Dr. Dan 19:02, 7 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Good question, I've read it was in Germany but could not verify this. Seems wrong to me. --Lysytalk 19:28, 7 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Element in the town

edit

I'm sorry for my poor grasp of the language but what does "element in the town" that rebelled mean ? --Lysytalk 13:56, 8 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

A little clearer? Dr. Dan 03:56, 9 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

No, I was seriously asking what you meant by the "elements". If it's obvious than blame it on my English and just ignore the question. --Lysytalk 07:23, 9 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi Lysy, its been a while. I have no "big" problems, with your recent copy edits of my recent copy edit. Two small things though, expelled seems better than replaced to my ear (check Webster's Online Dictionary, it's a very useful and speedy tool), because "kicking their asses out", is too vulgar and inappropriate for an Encyclopedia. Two, the proximity to the Memelland, or even Memel Territory, is in the present-tense, and that is no longer the case, and again seems overkill or TMI, for the puposes of the article (even in the trivia section). The German name for Taurage was the same in the Sudetenland, as it was in the Memelland or in Aix-la-Chappelle (oops, Aachen). Dr. Dan 22:22, 4 June 2006 (UTC) P.S. Hope you're well, and as for the issue of the infrastructure being destroyed in 1915, by the Germans being resolved, somehow it escaped me. How did we resolve it?Reply
